CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER, CFP® (Bilingual Spanish/English Required)

Financial Finesse is headquartered in El Segundo, CA, and our planners work remotely nationwide.

At Financial Finesse, we believe financial wellness should change lives, not sell products. As the pioneering and leading provider of unbiased workplace financial wellness programs in the country, we combine expert human guidance with innovative technology and AI-enabled tools to help people make confident, informed financial decisions and build lasting financial independence. Our mission is grounded in objectivity, education, meaningful behavior change, and building smarter, more scalable ways to deliver financial wellness at scale.

About the Role
We are looking for a highly talented and experienced bilingual CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional to join our team. Our Financial Planners are central to the impact we create. They deliver personalized financial guidance and education across the full range of personal finance topics, from debt and cash flow challenges to retirement, tax, equity compensation, and estate planning. They meet people where they are, through one-on-one sessions, phone-based coaching, workshops, webcasts, and onsite programs. Because we do not sell financial products or services, our planners are able to focus on what matters most: helping individuals take action based on unbiased guidance they can trust.

Mission / Purpose
This role offers a rare opportunity for a CFP® professional who wants to do meaningful work at scale. The right candidate is passionate about helping people, confident in their financial planning expertise, and energized by the opportunity to influence not only individual lives, but also the future of a mission-driven, technology-enabled business. At Financial Finesse, planners do more than deliver guidance. They help shape the business through contributions in areas such as innovation, content creation, analytics, thought leadership, speaking engagements, and consulting.

•    Strategic contributions and leadership
•    Leverage personal strengths and passions to lead or contribute to emerging areas of the business as we continue to broaden our reach and expand our impact

Qualifications
•    Current and active CFP® certification is required; additional designations are a plus
•    A minimum of 10 years of industry experience is required

•    Excellent public speaking skills; experience facilitating financial workshops is a plus
•    Initiative, dedication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-changing, entrepreneurial environment
•    Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs
•    Willingness to forgo existing clients and any personal planning practice in order to preserve the integrity of our 100% unbiased approach
•    Ability to travel up to 50% to deliver workshops and onsite financial planning sessions

Compensation
Financial Finesse is an employee-owned company with a strong foundation, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a clear social mission. We are a relatively small team doing work with outsized impact, and we care deeply about the quality of what we deliver and the difference it makes in people’s lives. Our culture combines purpose, ownership, and innovation. Because we operate as a flat organization, individuals can contribute meaningfully, bring ideas forward, and help shape the future of the business. We value results, collaboration, initiative, and the unique strengths each person brings to the team.

Total compensation for the Financial Planner position averages between $115,000 and $135,000, including a $100,000 base salary.
