Summary

The MIL Corporation  is seeking a Project Manager (Project Management, Senior Analyst) to join our REPS Project Management team and support our clients in St. Inigoes, MD. This is an opportunity for a motivated Project Manager to become part of a growing, industry-leading company.

Key Duties

• Serves as the overall project/task coordinator.
• Responsible for project and task associated work, organizing and managing resources in such a way that these resources deliver all the work required to complete a project/task within defined scope, time, and cost constraints.
• Provide project planning and execution support to government project lead
• Assist with day-to-day operational aspects of the project
• Assist with preparation and review deliverables prepared by the team
• Ensure project documents are complete, current and appropriately stored
• Track and report team hours and expenses on a weekly basis
• Facilitate team and client meetings
• Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion

Required Qualifications

• Eight years of experience in engineering/management and supervision of projects related to the design, development, integration, test and evaluation, installation, fielding, maintenance and life cycle support of information systems and subsystems.
• Ability to interact and communicate with our clients and project/task sponsors.
• Using available people, materials, space, provisions, must communicate project/task requirements including, goals, quality, and risk to meet the pre-defined objectives to all members assigned to project/task.
• Ability to interface professionally with clients and communicate effectively with project staff and other organizational resources
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance, dispersed team environment
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Attentiveness to detail with excellent organization and time management skills  
• Ability to work well independently and a good self-starter
• Some occasional travel may be required, depending on project and customer requirements.
• Per Federal guidelines you may be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to obtain vaccination

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college. A high school diploma and six (6) years of work experience related to the position or an associate degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college plus four (4) years of additional work experience related to the position may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

Clearance

All applicants for this position must be able to obtain a Secret clearance; please note the clearance process considers a financial background.
