Summary

The MIL Corporation seeks a Financial Analysis, Analyst to support a Federal government client at our Rosslyn, VA location.  

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze internal control review and audit results to advise client on finding resolution and process improvements
• Assist with preparation and/or review of provided by client (PBC) supporting documentation
• Knowledge of the financial audit process to include interviews, process narratives, and flows, control matrices, test plans, test results, statistical sampling, data analysis, notices of findings and recommendations (NFR), reports of results and other related documentation
• Assist with audit meetings and answer any questions from audit findings/pending requests
• Assist with corrective actions, process improvements, fraud indicators, risk management, and implementation of proper controls

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting or other related field
• 3 years of relevant experience in audit readiness, remediation, internal controls, and other relevant audit functions

Overall Federal financial management experience
