Summary

The MIL Corporation seeks an Associate RPA Developer with process automation experience a federal government client in the Chesapeake, VA area.

Responsibilities

  • Work with client and team to analyze, design, develop and implement RPA-enabled automations.
  • Provide deployment and post-deployment support for automations.
  • Integrate RPA automations with Microsoft 365 applications and websites, as needed
  • Develop recommendations for improvements to enhance the efficiency or effectiveness of client processes.

Required Qualifications

  • 7 years of technical experience in RPA development or other systems development
  • Experience with requirements development and/or automated financial systems analysis.
  • Experience developing bots for financial, accounting, procurement or other business processes utilizing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, BluePrism, or Kofax
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Must have the ability to communicate technical as well as non-technical information clearly, both orally and in writing 

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Federal financial, accounting, procurement or other business processes
  • Understanding of enterprise frameworks and best practices for development.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases,
  • Understanding of programming language such as C#, Visual Basic, Python, Javascript, or Java.
  • Understanding of the .NET Framework and REST APIs.

Education

BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Business or other related fields

Salary at  MIL is determined based on factors such as qualifications,  experience, and contractual limitations. For this position, the projected compensation range is $110,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year. This estimate represents the typical salary range and is just one part of  MIL’s complete compensation package.
