Our client Contrast Designworks, located in the SF Bay Area has a contract, full-time remote role to start at 3 months, may extend or convert to a full-time hire. Hourly rate, W2 through Talent Table. Must be located on the West Coast to work PST hours. Must be eligible to work in the US - No H1Bs

The Client Services Manager role is an integral member of the team responsible for leading and organizing client and project activities to ensure creative is delivered on time, within budget, and exceeding client expectations. This position works closely with our Strategy and Creative team leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead client and internal meetings, documenting requirements and action items and distributing to team members
  • Create project proposals and statements of work
  • Create and maintain project schedules
  • Create and maintain project status reports
  • Monitor project plans and budgets
  • Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and the project team
  • Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Keep the Client Services Director and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations

 

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Client Services or similar role
  • Knowledge of the creative process as well as creation and delivery of digital design files
  • Demonstrated experience working with external clientele
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Effective communication skills – verbal and written
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment
  • Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
