Our client, the world’s leading entertainment streaming service, is seeking a Talent Experiences & Gifting in Los Angeles to support the Talent Experiences & Gifting Team. This contractor will be crucial in planning exclusive experiences and gifts for the Client’s talent, including Directors, Producers, Writers, and Lead Actors. These efforts range from providing gifts during productions to celebrating significant life events like birthdays, awards ceremonies, festivals, get-well occasions, and the arrival of newborns. They will research trends and form relationships with brands, consultants, and vendors to pitch creative ideas and create unique gifting moments and experiences for their talent. They will collaborate with internal cross-functional partners on projects and will work to create efficient workflows and practices. They will take on other duties, as assigned, to help support, grow, and scale this department.

 

This is an onsite 12-month contract. You must be able to work in Los Angeles, CA, with no H1B Visa status. The hourly rate is $41.45 per hour. No C2C.

This role is 32 hours per week - Monday-Thursday with the possibility of it becoming full-time for the right candidate.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's (BA/BS) Degree or equivalent, with relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience within an entertainment studio, particularly in roles related to talent relations, public relations, creative marketing, or events departments, and/or in curating gifts for celebrity talent.
  • Capability and willingness to work independently within a hybrid working setup.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with industry data tools such as IMDB and Celebrity Intelligence. Knowledge of Airtable a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of above-the-line talent and talent agencies.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • The ideal candidate must have experience dealing with above-the-line talent and have an eye for gifting top level gifts for awards, etc. There is a lot of coordinating with talent management. This role requires a lot of attention to detail and the ability to multi-task efficiently.
