Nurses and More, Inc. is a Medicare/Medicaid Certified Staffing and Home Health Care Agency located in Orlando, FL. We have been taking care of loved ones and supporting our staff for 35 years!! We are currently looking to fill the full time position of our CSR. The Client Services Representative provides assistance with and facilitates the human resource and scheduling processes for Nurses and More, Inc.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist in the recruiting, hiring and on boarding of new employees including screening and scheduling
potential hires for additional interviews
•Assist with Intake and communication with physiciansEnsure all documents and requests are obtain by candidates, follow-up with potential hires and new hires
• Coordinate and prepare for new employee orientation including verifying credentials, references and
conducting criminal background checks; maintains personnel files, ensuring credentials are compliant
with all guidelines, including eLearning course assignments
• Maintain personnel files by ensuring credentials are in compliance with local, state and federal
guidelines.
• Notify directors of annual competencies for field staff.
• Manage and plots field staff schedules after initial scheduling by Intake Coord.
• Ensure all schedules are matched to authorization and staffing assignments
• Track attendance and manages EVV for scheduled visits.
• Perform 25 partner-building connections each week.
• Support management with basic administrative functions.
• Update employee phone and extension lists.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Compassionate and caring attitude and the ability to deal with people from a wide range of backgrounds,
ages and temperament.
• Ability to use discretion concerning sensitive information and adhere to HIPAA.
• Ability to work on own initiative within clearly defined parameters.
• Ability to carry out designated tasks including reporting outcome of actions taken.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to maintain the trust of the staff and address issues in confidence with management.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• High School Diploma required
• 1 year of experience in healthcare setting, preferred / 1 year of administrative experience, exposure to HR a plus
• Knowledge and experience of relevant software applications and reporting requirements
• Proficient in spelling, punctuation, grammar and other English language skills
