The qualia Front Office team plays an integral part in our guests experience, and due to unprecedented demand Hamilton Island has an opportunity for an experienced and polished Front Office Supervisor to join our professional and guest focused team.

Where you’ll make an impact

• Oversee the day to day operations of the Front Office, assisting in co-ordinating arrival and departures, working alongside the porter team
• Lead the Front Office Team in delivering an exceptional customer service
• Respond to guests requests, enquiries & complaints
• Mentor, develop and support the Front Office team

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a passionate hospitality professional with a natural flair for service and outstanding communication skills. Impeccably presented and confident, you take pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences and understand that great service is built on strong teamwork. You’re committed to upholding our best-in-class reputation for Australian hospitality and are always willing to support your colleagues to ensure smooth operations.

To be successful, you will need:

• Previous experience in supervising or managing a team, within a luxury hotel environment 
• Qld open / unrestricted driver’s licence 
• Must be eligible to obtain a Restricted Driver Authority (must have held driver licence for min 3 years continuous)
• A diploma or advanced diploma in Hospitality Management, or equivalent will be an advantage.
