DIGITAL COORDINATOR - St Leonards, Sydney

YOUR ROLE

To provide support to Digital teams and function in form of website updates, reporting and administrative duties.

Advertising / media campaign production

  • Build campaign landing pages

Website content updates:

  • Manage website content updates
  • Create Wedding Accommodation guest pages
  • Manage website image galleries, assuring properties and Hamilton Island are presented with the best possible and most up to date and relevant imagery
  • Ad Hoc website updates
  • Coordinate annual pricing update across all websites
  • Manage online forms for tour and activity product 

Social Media Coordination

  • Support Social Media Manager in Social Media community coordination and moderation
  • Content curation in the form of UGC - moderate and categorise photos & videos for use on social channels and other platforms

Team administration

  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Digital and the Digital team (inc. formatting documents, undertaking research, booking travel etc.)
  • Assist with travel and accommodation FOCs and itineraries for suppliers, i.e. photographers, agency members, influencers
  • Code supplier invoices and manage budget reconciliation

Data, Analytics & Insights

  • Prepare a monthly competitive analysis
  • Assist with compiling the Monthly Online Performance Report

Review & Reputation Management

  • Assist in customer service function with regards to escalation and resolution of any customer service issues or complaints posted on TripAdvisor via Revinate
  • Manually upload Guest Reviews for each Room Type to the Hamilton Island website or develop a new automated system to manage this through our CSAT survey platform.

ABOUT YOU

You are positive, enthusiastic. You show initiative, a willingness to learn, work hard and have fun in the process! Your exceptional attention to detail and pride yourself on high quality work. You have excellent time management and organisational skills.

You will also have:

  • Tourism / Marketing related degree/diploma
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a marketing role managing activity across various marketing disciplines (Desirable)
  • Experience as a team member with an ability to work autonomously
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
