Audio Visual Production AdministratorThe Audio-Visual Production Administrator within the infrastructure team is responsible for planning and overseeing strategic offsite meetings, seminars, webinars / webcasts, virtual conferences and other virtual or hybrid events. This positions job is to create the most compelling event experience to ensure interactive sessions with audience participation is fully realized. The position is responsible for coordinating and configuring the layout, design, and features of the in-person and/or virtual engagement. The position must have the ability to administer events over a variety of meeting platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex) and create customized event registration page, email templates, etc. This person must be capable of tying in a variety of technologies into the meeting platforms including but not limited cameras, microphones, mixing boards, lighting, and control systems to create the best possible production experience. This position is located in Boise, ID with an in office/hybrid work environment. This position requires the individual to have excellent soft skills such as communication, flexibility & creativity, and time management & organization. The individual must be able to easily interact with executives, senior leaders, clients, and production colleagues. This position must also be able to handle high stress situations and adapt to varying conditions during the course of in-person meetings, virtual, or hybrid. Additionally, this position requires the ability to quickly troubleshoot and resolve issues before, during, and after the event, acting as technical contact during the engagement process, escalating to IT when necessary. The Audio-Visual Production Administrator must assess current software and tools and provide recommendations for features / enhancements for future consideration and implementation to achieve goals related to in-person and virtual events. This position must have the ability to build processes and best practices for repeatability and scalability of events. Additionally, the event stakeholders will expect post deliver event reports with data-driven analysis including attendee feedback, goal attainment, and recommendations for future event improvements. The individual will collaborate with POWER’s IT organizational departments such as Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, Infrastructure, Application Services, and the Service Desk to administer, test, document, implement, support, and monitor A/V services.
