Accounts Payable Administrator 

POWER Engineers is looking to add a Accounts Payable Administrator to our growing Accounts Payable team.  This position is based in our Boise, ID office.  

Given the nature of this job the right candidate will need:

  • Good working knowledge of Accounts Payable
  • Good accounting basics with a focus in AP
  • Ability to utilize AP forms for entry
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills

 General Tasks:

  • Process AP Vendor Invoices
  • Process credit card statements
  • Petty cash requests and balancing 
  • Issue checks 
  • Assist in AP weekly processes
  • Other AP activities as needed

 Required Education/Experience:

  • 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience 
  •  Solid Microsoft suite skills
  •  Solid communication skills

Preferred Education/ Experience:

  • Familiar with Dynamics or other ERP Systems
  • 4+ years of accounting experience

Salary DOE: The pay range for this position is $45-$50K per year; however, base pay may be higher or lower depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This figure does not include additional compensation such as health benefits, vacation, 401k, etc.
