Job Title: Payroll Administrator – Entry Level
Reports To: Director of Payroll
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
To serve a key role in data control of information needed to maintain salary expenses of the company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Must be well organized and de monstrate the ability to multi-task. Must be able to communicate effectively with employees with issues pertaining to payroll.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma, a good math/accounting aptitude and 1-2 years related experience and training. Excellent problem solving/judgment skills, and high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines.
Ability to speak effectively before customers and managers.
Ability to define and solve practical problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
