To serve a key role in data control of information needed to maintain salary expenses of the company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

        • Maintaining time and attendance records.
        • Creates timesheets for use by new markets or departments as needed.
        • Ensures accurate and prompt salary payment to all employees.
        • Enter voluntary and involuntary deductions such as levies and garnishments.
        • Answers inquiries from employees and vendors.
        • Sort and distribute paychecks and statements to department managers.   
        • Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail
        • Register as needed for new withholding states.
        • Research outstanding paychecks per accounting’s request.
        • Researches, assembles, and summarizes information upon request.
        • Acts as representative for the Payroll Department in the absence of the Director of Payroll .


Must be well organized and de monstrate the ability to multi-task. Must be able to communicate effectively with employees with issues pertaining to payroll.

High School Diploma, a good math/accounting aptitude and 1-2 years related experience and training. Excellent problem solving/judgment skills, and high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines.


Ability to speak effectively before customers and managers.


Ability to define and solve practical problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
