Job Position: HR Onboarding Coordinator Department: Human Resources Reports to: Senior Director, Human Resources FLSA: Non-Exempt Status: Full-time Work Location: Washington, DC Metropolitan Area; (This position may work remote on a part-time basis in accordance with company policy and manager approval.)
OVERVIEW: The qualified candidate for this role is a self-starter who can independently complete a project and job duties from start to finish, is detail-oriented, and enjoys interacting with people. The incumbent will demonstrate a can-do attitude and thrives in a fast-paced workplace. They will be a key member of the team and serve as a direct point of contact in the onboarding process with perspective candidates and hiring managers. In addition, they will be front-line providing support with onboarding documents, HR best practices and applying established practices that adhere to required timeline for receiving documentation for onboarding compliance. They will provide support to the Senior Director and Recruiting Onboarding and Talent Acquisition Team. This position works with the Global HR team to provide support to Urban One’s employees.
