We are looking for a creative, data-driven, detailed, strategic thinker to track, compile, review, analyze and interpret internal and third-party data and analytics from a number of sources to provide actionable insights to key business units of iOne Digital. As the Digital Research Analyst, you will report to the Digital Research Manager, and provide research and insights in support of all iOne Digital properties, brands and platforms. 

The ideal candidate is comfortable working autonomously, extremely organized, proactive, creative, analytical, committed to white-glove service and has the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    Provide insights and analytics to Content, Product, Sales, Marketing and AdOps teams to drive continued traffic growth and engagement.
•    Develop an understanding of client business, needs, expectations and requirements.
•    Generate daily, weekly, monthly, ad hoc dashboards and reports as needed across various business units.
•    Support all phases of brand studies from launch and execution to final delivery
•    Build and confidently present detailed reports and decks providing thoughtful analysis of quantitative and qualitative data.
•    Keep manager updated on project status, escalating issues when needed.
•    Support Digital Research Manager in keeping Sales & Marketing teams up to date on status of completed, live and upcoming relevant reports and brand studies.
•    Stay current with iOne Digital’s brand offerings and performance.
•    Thrive in a creative business environment and maintain a positive demeanor.
•    Stay abreast of market knowledge.
•    Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

CRITICAL COMPETENCIES FOR SUCCESS:

•    Must be a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, work independently and within tight deadlines, adapt and operate in a fast-paced and evolving team environment
•    Strong ability to translate raw data into actionable reports for business teams.  
•    Strong analytical skills and business acumen/
•    Master of the to-do list
•    Possess strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation skills)
•    Attention to detail, thoroughness, accountability, excellent follow-through
•    Creative thinking, resourcefulness and analytical problem-solving
•    Experience and ability to translate performance numbers into an executive-friendly campaign recap/story

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:

•    Bachelor’s degree, preferably in advertising, marketing and/or communications
•    3+ years’ experience of high volume web analytics, prefereably in media
•    Knowledge of Nielsen, MRI and Simmons applications a plus
•    Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office (specifically Google shared docs, PowerPoint and Excel – experience with pivot tables is a plus)
