This is a great opportunity for an up and coming HR professional to learn the ins and outs of Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in recruiting, employee engagement, HR Administration and employee lifecycle. The qualified candidate for this role is a self-starter who can effectively complete a project from start to finish; extremely detail-oriented and enjoys interacting with people. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow with the company. You will be an essential member of the HR team and mainly responsible for recruiting activities; posting, sourcing, creating and maintaining a pipeline of talent. You will also be responsible for guiding candidates through the hiring process and serve as a resource for hiring managers. In addition, you will be responsible for Cultural activities and support the Associate Director in the payroll function. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

EDUCATION: BS/BA degree with a concentration in HR or related field is strongly preferred. Minimum 3 years HR experience. At least 2 years of broad experience in recruiting. Experience with an applicant tracking system and HRIS exposure. Media/entertainment experience preferred. | |
