Solutions Architect 

Envoy Global is on a mission to disrupt the global immigration process. Our patented online platform integrates the best of people and technology to streamline, simplify and expedite the immigration process for employers and individuals. 

A rare opportunity has arisen for a Solutions Architect to join our expanding business on a permanent, full time basis, working with our product and development teams to translate innovative visions into technical designs. Naturally, this role requires you to possess strong experience working with cross-functional teams in order to provide architectural guidance through the entire life-cycle of our projects. Each project will give you the opportunity to solve unique business problems via the innovative application of technology. 

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for: 

• Providing hands-on technical guidance to engineering teams for building effective, efficient, scalable, secure solutions
• Working closely with Engineering, Product Management, and other project stakeholders/teams to translate business objectives into working solutions
• Analyzing the use of technology in Envoy's current products and creating and executing a plan to iteratively improve them
• Adapting solutions to properly account for time and resource constraints along with potential areas of risk
• Creating and communicating architectural design artifacts

In order to be eligible for this position, you will possess the following skills, experience, and qualifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree in a highly relevant technical discipline 
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including experience with .NET
• 2+ years of experience providing architectural oversight for software solutions
• Strong technical knowledge concerning web application development, security, and design patterns
• Current knowledge of cloud computing technologies, Azure preferred
• Excellent understanding of data storage technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills working in a collaborative environment
