I understand that any hiring decision is contingent upon my successful completion of all of BSH Home Appliances Corporation's pre-employment background checks. I agree to execute any consent forms necessary for the Company to conduct its pre-employment background checks.

I understand that, if an offer of employment is made to me, it will be conditioned upon my successful completion of a drug test and medical examination, if the latter is job-related, and that I will be presented with more information about the test and examination and a consent form if a conditional offer is made to me. I also understand BSH will pay for the reasonable cost of any test or examination required of me.
