Transfer Requests
The Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic supports and encourages personal growth and tries to fill positions from within the organization whenever possible. At the same time, employees are expected to set the tone for their own career by establishing an outstanding track record through solid contributions in their current position.
Employees may apply for a transfer from one department to another, if a position is available, as long as they possess the minimum requirements for the position. Employees will be required to give 3 weeks notice of intent to transfer if you are offered and accept a new position.
