Nurses and More, Inc. in Orlando, FL is a Certified Medicare/Medicaid Home Health and Staffing Agency that is currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistant's (CNA) help cover openings with our home health care clients.
Nurses and More, Inc. Orlando services the Central Florida region - Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties.

Job Requirements:
- One full year of experience within the last three years
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License
- Current CPR certification required
- Physical within the last year
- Current PPD / TB test (within past year) or Chest X-ray (within five years)
- FL Alzheimer's CEU (must be 2 hours)
- FL HIV/AIDs CEU
- Proof of full COVID vaccination (per CMS vaccine mandate) OR submit an approved medical exemption (with supportive documentation) OR religious exemption prior to hire date
- Valid Driver's License
- Criminal history report with no activity listed
- Pre-employment drug screen required
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Adheres to written/verbal instructions of skilled nurse/therapist in providing care
- Provides hands-on personal care, hygiene, and activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provides ambulation or exercises programs as an extension of therapy or nursing
- Observes and reports any safety hazards found in the patient's home
- Observes and reports any changes in the patient's condition
- Attends staff meetings and completes twelve (12) hours of in-services annually
- Reports any patient concerns/complaints or grievances to the Case Manager / Clinical Director
- Maintains patient confidentiality; complies with HIPAA requirements and Agency policies and procedures
- Represents the Agency in a positive and professional manner; complies with all policies regarding ethical practices
