Project Manager
POWER Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for our Power Constructors, Inc. team working in Arizona.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Tracking and reporting on project deliverables and milestones
- Document Control
- Quality Assurance support/auditing
- Providing high level coordination, administrative, and analytic support
- Review project financials on regular intervals
- Prepare cost analysis and projection reports
- Maintain the appropriate contractual relationship between the Client representatives and POWER Engineers
- Read and understand the commercial terms of project contracts to the end of ensuring on time and on budget performance
- Be able to work in or learn a P6 and or MS Project environment
- Attending project meetings (internal and with client) as requested
- Working closely with all levels of management and disciplines/departments within POWER; and coordinating & communicating relevant project information to the team
- Data Mining
- Material Management support
- Acting as liaison between POWER and clients as required
- Administrative duties as needed
Desired Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10 plus years of project support at POWER Engineers
- Administration experience with a focus on Document control
- Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Must be a self-starter and need to have minimal supervision
- Strong organization and customer service skills emphasizing attention to detail
- Must be able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Be coachable and pick up new tasks easily
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Material Coordination
- Experience in Sub-Station construction support
