Join At POWER Engineers, Member of WSP, as a Civil/Site Development Engineer in the Civil, Structural, and Architectural Department of the Power Generation Division. We want to hire entry-level engineers with less than 6-years of experience so our experienced civil engineers in Idaho, New Jersey, and Kansas can mentor and develop leaders from within our organization. We want to provide you with a career path to Lead Engineer, Technical Manager, Project Engineer, Project Manager, or Department Manager. Our best leaders are self-motivated lifelong learners with a keen curiosity about the global energy market. Help us assist multiple types of clients (Independent Power Producers, Municipal Electric Utilities, Investor-Owned Utilities) address their challenges and implement power grid systems of the future. Get experience in a wide range of power plant technologies including biomass, municipal waste, geothermal, hydrogen, fossil fuel, carbon capture, battery energy storage, hydro, and solar.
