Gain outstanding, real-world experience by assisting the Training and Talent Development and Human Resources departments this summer in Hays, KS! You'll be challenged by working on a variety of projects including employee development and company-wide training initiatives, as well as taking supportive roles in recruitment, employee experience, and compliance. Additional projects could include assisting both departments with document organization and maintenance.

Top Qualifications

• Junior or senior in pursuit of bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, organizational leadership or related field.
• General understanding of human resources, training, and development fundamentals. 
• Quick learner and able to apply new skills immediately.
• Strong organizational skills. 
• Able to maintain confidentiality of all types of information.
