POSITION SUMMARY - This position is based in Arlington-VA, VA, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Guyana, Mexico, Suriname, or Peru. We welcome applicants who are looking for a remote position that can work in US time zones.

Join a small, skilled team of IT professionals at Conservation International and help shape the future of technology for nature and people. As Senior Manager – AI, Data Analytics, and Low-code Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our digital transformation, leading the implementation of AI tools, data analytics, and Microsoft Power Platform solutions. You’ll have the opportunity to influence strategy, drive innovation, and directly contribute to our mission of using technology to save nature for people. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the rollout and adoption of Microsoft Copilot and AI-driven solutions across CI.
  • Drive enterprise-wide deployment of Power BI and Power Apps, including architecture, governance, and user enablement.
  • Collaborate on CI’s data strategy and ensure secure, scalable, and resilient technology solutions.
  • Develop standards, policies, and best practices for low-code development.
  • Foster a community of practice among users and citizen developers.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on emerging technologies and digital transformation.
  • Build partnerships across CI and with external stakeholders to align solutions with organizational goals.

Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Work is performed in a typical office environment or remotely.
  • Occasional travel may be required (under 10%).
  • Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate time differences with international offices may be necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 to 7 years of experience in IT, with demonstrated expertise in relevant technologies.     
  • Advanced knowledge of AI, data analytics, and low-code platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, including Power Platform, Azure, and Copilot.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing deliverables.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred

  • Ability to stay current with Microsoft and industry updates.
  • Curious to learn new tools and solutions.
  • Self-motivated, team player, action- and results-oriented.
  • Well organized, with strong communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with shifting priorities.
