Position Overview

The Brand Advocate is responsible for elevating the customer shopping experience and enhancing the brand presence of assigned Elite Supplier Partners (ESP). By analyzing and optimizing the digital presentation of ESP products on the company’s website and eCommerce platforms, the Brand Advocate will drive improved online content scores, website traffic, and conversion rates. Using data-driven strategies, the Brand Advocate will focus on positioning, merchandising, and promoting ESP product solutions to strengthen business partnerships and ultimately boost sales performance.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Brand Advocate will be responsible for understanding customer behavior and using this customer focused approach to coordinate project plans that will drive brand growth and market presence.   

 

Responsibilities Include

 

·       Optimize Online Merchandising: Collaborating with the Marketing, Ecommerce, and Merchandising team, elevating the customer online shopping experience by ensuring assigned products are effectively and attractively merchandised across all online platforms, driving both visibility and engagement.

·       Understanding Customer Behavior: Through customer outreach and engagement, proactively anticipate customer needs and provide relevant, engaging, and informative content, including product details, benefits, and unique selling points, to facilitate more confident and informed purchasing decisions.

·       Performance Analysis and Insights: Regularly analyze key performance metrics for assigned vendor and/or products, such as sales performance, conversion rates, customer engagement, and online traffic. Provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to BradyPlus and vendor teams to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.

·       Content Management and Enrichment: Continuously update and optimize product content across all online channels, including images, videos, detailed descriptions, technical specifications, and supporting assets to improve user experience and overall brand representation.  Work as go-between with vendors and PIM team ensuring A+ content.

·       Monitor and Report Product Performance: Track and report on critical performance indicators, including Sales Revenue, Sales Units, Order Volume, Conversion Rates, Traffic Trends, and Inventory Levels to Vendor and BradyPLUS stakeholders.

·       Strategic Business Reviews: Working with Marketing Directors, Specialist, and team, prepare and help present comprehensive Quarterly Business Reviews to key partners (ESP’s), summarizing product performance, identifying successes, and outlining strategies for continued improvement and growth.

 

 

The ideal candidate will have

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Great verbal and written communication, detail-oriented, critical analysis, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to professionally interact with a wide range of key executive members and management
  • Good analytical skills and proficiency level in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good mathematical skills with the ability to perform basic math operations
  • Self-motivated with the ability to follow through on assignments and prioritize workflow with some supervision
  • Capable of assimilating information quickly and reaching conclusions

    The pay range for this role is $75k-$90k
