Hamilton Island is searching for a Childcare Group Leader to join in the fun at our Clownfish Club. Working with the island youngest guests, it requires dedication, flexibility and a friendly disposition to match the year round sunshine!

About the Role

• Day care facility to provide a safe, engaging and fun environment where children can explore, learn and play while their parents enjoy the island's activities.
• Look after children aged from 6 months to 12 years old 
• Plan and implement age-appropriate programs that offer stimulating and interactive learning environments
• Interact with children to nurture their natural development whilst allowing them to have fun

About You

• Minimum 2 years practical experience in a child centred setting
• Confident in dealing with a changing group of children of all ages
• Mandatory - Current  HLTAID012 Childcare First Aid & CPR
• Mandatory - Queensland Blue Card for working with children
• Mandatory - Current Child Protection Certificate
