We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Bar Attendants to work across our premium dining and bar venues. This role is ideal for professionals with a proven track record in high-end bars who are ready to bring their expertise to a world-class resort destination.

About the Role

As a Bar Attendant in our premium venues, you will:

• Deliver exceptional, knowledgeable service across a full beverage offering – cocktails, wine, spirits, beer, and coffee
• Demonstrate consistency and efficiency in cocktail execution and presentation under pressure
• Engage professionally with a discerning guest base in a fast-paced, luxury setting
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated and skilled team, contributing to smooth, high-end service delivery
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and responsible service of alcohol
• Thrive in a flexible roster with a mix of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and split shifts

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• A minimum of 12 months' recent experience in premium bars or high-end hospitality venues
• Strong cocktail knowledge and hands-on experience in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment
• An ongoing and active background in bar work – this role is not suitable for entry-level candidates
• A confident, polished, and energetic approach with excellent communication skills
• A commitment to five-star guest service and a love for creating memorable experiences

Requirements

• Current QLD RSA or nationally recognised Responsible Service of Alcohol (essential)
• Driver’s licence (advantageous but not essential)
