PROGRAM MANAGER

The Program Manager will support PM TN at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), MD.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage engineering, financial, and administrative personnel and subcontractors in support of projects for Army Tactical Communications.
• Plan, direct, supervise, and control integration of technical, schedule, budget, and programmatic information.
• Review and approve all contract deliverables for the Task Order including Travel and Extended Hours Requests, Monthly Task and Cost Reports.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field (Master's Degree preferred)
• Direct experience in Army Tactical Communications Systems required
• Ability to work independently. 
• Ability to demonstrate skill and ability to analyze and develop innovative solutions to problems. 
• Ability to communicate effectively and apply sound judgment to problem solving

SECURITY CLEARANCE

• Active DoD Secret clearance required

TRAVEL

• Some travel may be required.
