

Position Description
COST ANALYST
The company is seeking mid-level and senior Cost Analysts to provide SETA support in Hanover, MD.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform a wide variety of cost analysis assignments in support of the program life cycle cost estimates (LCCE) and program office estimates (POE).
Develop or evaluate cost assessments, cost positions relating to the systems development, demonstration and production approaches.
Assess impact on systems and program costs, including analyses of prototype systems.
Work with SMEs to develop independent Government cost estimates (IGCEs) that will stand up to Army and DoD level review.
Evaluates the analyses of management problems, performs cost analysis and modeling, provides information requirements and the formulation of scientific solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree (mid-level) or Master’s Degree (senior) in finance, accounting economics, mathematics, statistics. (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree).
Minimum years of experience in providing cost estimating support for multiple large projects:
Mid-level 4 years of experience
Senior: 10 years of experience
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with ACEIT (Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools) and/or AMCOS (Army Military-Civilian Cost System). MS Office proficiency with advanced Excel required.
SECURITY CLEARANCE
· Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance required
