Order management in Oracle and ensure the orders comply with controls including agreed terms and conditions, correct product spec and pricing, allowed ship dates, meets company’s latest policy, and so on.
Support Sales team to improve shipment delivery date and shipment method by coordinating with operation team to fulfill customer's schedule requirement.
Handle RMA process by communicating with cross-functional teams (sales, quality, operation, finance team, etc.) and accommodate any special requirement.
Coordinate sales teams and customer’s inquiries / requests with cross-functional teams (operation, quality, engineering, finance, etc.).
Resolve customer complaint by determining the cause of the problem, finding solutions, and expediting correction or settlement.
Assist operation team to prepare right product mix in time by discussing with sales team and reviewing customer orders and forecasts.
Manage customer profiles in Oracle in accordance with the information in customer relationship management system.
Co-work with IT for system / SOP enhancement and resolving system errors.
Prepare relevant materials to facilitate discussion on performance, order coverage, lead time, and forecast review.
Perform the duties assigned by manager.
Requirements:
Business related university or college degree.
Fluency in English is a must.
Good command of MS Office applications.
Experience of using Oracle system is preferred.
2> years of experience in high-end customer service, supply chain & logistics, or sales are preferred.
