We are currently looking for a Supervisory Analyst.

The Supervisory Analyst will review, edit and approve a high volume of Research content under regular deadline pressure. Ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of regulations surrounding research report publication and be able to multitask and prioritize among different projects. This is a remote position. Available shift is Monday to Thursday 12:00PM ET – 8:30PM ET and 12-5PM on Fridays. Some room to negotiate shift times

Responsibilities / Qualifications:

• Edit, review and approve research materials to ensure compliance with FINRA and firm guidelines including clearing of monitored list items
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proven ability to communicate effectively; strong attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently, in a fast-paced environment
• Review and approve analyst public appearances
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements Include:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-3 years minimum Supervisory Analyst experience
• Series 16 required. Series 7, 63, 86, 87, 24 a plus
• Familiarity with BlueMatrix a plus
