The Community Information Specialist is an integral part of the K. Hovnanian team. The ideal candidate is exceptional at building relationships, collaborating, following up with leads and communicating effectively through engaging questions via phone, email, chat, and text along with other social forums. You are the right fit for this role if you are great at translating what people need, have the ability to influence people to take the next step by scheduling an appointment to tour one of our unique K. Hovnanian communities.
Are you the type of person who has the discipline to follow a proven online sales process that leads to a high income? Then we want you to you to join the family. It’s a tough job, but it’s the right job if you want to work hard, are coachable and not afraid to work weekends and some holidays. A proven track record of (2) years of previous general real estate experience and/or real estate license preferred. The ability to provide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills -- both over the phone and via email, is a must. A valid real estate license is required in some states.
