As a Marketing Assistant, you will perform administrative activities in support of the Marketing Department. Assist in website maintenance including imagery, pricing updates and updating of information. Assist in marketing campaign creation and management. Research new communities and assist in the marketing and web set-up. Conduct community visits to ensure models and inventory homes are being properly markerted. Assist in coordination of photography. Assist in eblast and social media communication, as needed. Assist with divisional special events such as Grand Openings and Preview Events. Perform website audits and update necessary information on a regular basis.
One year certificate from college or technical school; or 3-6 months of related experience required. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word and general computer skills required. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver’s license.
