Our Corporate Strategy Senior Manager will be a major driver of the execution of the strategic transformation currently unfolding within KHOV. We need a well-rounded team player who can bring her/ his rigorous and practical approaches to problem solving, strategy development and strategy execution to bear for our team: analytically minded, recognizing patterns, defining opportunities, creating solutions, and communicating effectively at all levels of the organization to move us forward. This role will also be tasked with looking to the future for potential risks, opportunities and enhancements and help steer and focus our senior leadership team on the most impactful activities and decisions. This role will also be tasked with implementing major decisions and tracking the real impact of your work.

You will be equal parts project manager, consultant, and entrepreneur, with the ever-present mission of making beautiful homes affordable to customers at all price points.
Essential duties and responsibilities
• Independently manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously, focused on our strategy objectives
• Work seamlessly with KHOV senior leadership across projects to define, execute, and accelerate mission critical priorities
• Serve as the day to day leader of and work collaboratively with vertically and horizontally built working groups that incorporate team members across the organization on a particular effort or problem
• Gather and synthesize information from both internal and external sources and identify the impact to the questions/ problems at hand
• Formulate and test hypotheses through iterative analyses of quantitative and qualitative data
• Present work product (e.g. analyses, project plans, etc) and provide all necessary supporting updates to senior management-to include the c-suite
• Ability to think multiple steps ahead of the problem to keep momentum and anticipate roadblocks
• Support strategy implementation by creating materials for trainings, holding workshops, etc
Minimum Qualifications Requirement
• Extensive experience gathering, translating, and analyzing data into understandable takeaways
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Significant experience in managing collaborative teams that work with/for a client
• Experience successfully facilitating multiple projects simultaneously as the primary project manager
• Utilizing both qualitative and quantitative pattern recognition to identify opportunities
• Comfort with ambiguity/abstract reasoning when no solution is readily available
• Create and apply frameworks to diagnose problems and move discussions forward
• Ability to create and hold space for trust, open discussion, and psychological safety
Education and/or Experience
• Masters in Business Administration with at least 3 years of post-MBA work experience (preferably in Management Consulting in Client-facing role)
• 5+ years minimum total work experience in related role(s) and/ or fields
