Location: 315 Court Street, Clearwater, FL 33756
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Occasionally, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Are you a customer service superstar?
This is a Clerk Customer Service Specialist position within the Recording Services Department of the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller’s Office. Clerk Customer Service Specialists assist the general public, record all recordable documents into the Official Records of Pinellas County, and cashier transactions while performing an assortment of duties and work processes based on the specific area of assignment. Clerk Customer Service Specialists also issue Marriage Licenses, Perform Marriage Ceremonies, and Serve as an Official Passport Application Acceptance Agent for the U.S. Department of State. Staff in these positions will have heavy daily customer contact with the general public. The area of assignment can include any department under the Clerk of the Circuit Court. Clerk Customer Service Specialists exercise a high degree of independent judgment based on experience and knowledge of department operations. Deviations from standard policies and procedures are referred to a higher level for decision.
