Additionally, each resident enjoys a personalized mentorship experience through a 1:1 relationship with experienced mentors, dedicated to guiding them through their residency and enhancing their clinical skills.
Exceptional Benefits for Residents: Each Northwest Dental Residency Program resident at Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic receives an annual stipend of $56,000 and pays NO TUITION. Candidates must possess a DDS or DMD degree or equivalent before beginning the program, and preference is given to graduates of CODA-accredited dental schools. This program is fully CODA-accredited as a one-year post-doctoral Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency.
