Join our team as a Human Resources Receptionist! This is a temporary position that will provide immediate support to our HR Operations team, with a projected end date of 7/28/25.

Position Highlights:

  • $16.97-$20.79/hour DOE with the ability to go higher for highly experienced candidates

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet and guide visitors; notify staff of arrivals

  • Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff

  • Monitor HR email and respond to basic inquiries; forward others as needed

  • Organize and maintain HR records, including personnel files and confidential documents

  • Manage mail services for USPS, FedEx, and UPS deliveries

  • Coordinate with the Building Manager to resolve issues

  • Maintain office supply inventory and order supplies for HR staff

  • Monitor company vehicle check-in/out process and handle related correspondence

  • Process and print badges for new hires, transfers, and status changes; manage badge access

  • Track compliance for certain employee licenses and certifications; communicate directly with employees

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Additional relevant training, coursework, or schooling beyond high school is a plus!

  • 1 year of reception, clerical, or administrative experience is required
