Digital Content Marketing Manager

Minneapolis, MN/ Full-time

Your responsibilities

 

Oversee the creation, organization and maintenance of digital content in the product information management system (PIMS) platform. Delivers content to all customer channels ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and objectives. Provides marketing support for the National account organization through promotional execution, ROI analysis, digital campaign management and assists with omni-channel initiatives.

 

 

 

·        Manage the relationship with our product information management system (PIMS), including overseeing system updates, data accuracy, user training, and troubleshooting to ensure efficient and effective utilization across the organization.

·        Develop and implement content strategies to align with the organization's goals and target audience, ensuring consistency and relevance across digital channels.

·        Oversee the creation, editing, and publishing of digital content such as images, videos, enriched content and social media posts to drive engagement and brand awareness.

·        Work with brand and product teams to ensure timely delivery of content and coordination with marketing campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives.

·        Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and user experience (UX) to improve visibility, traffic, and conversions on digital platforms.

·        Utilize content performance metrics for evaluating effectiveness, spotting trends, and guiding data-driven decisions aimed at continual enhancement.

·        Develop and execute strategic marketing plans tailored to the needs and objectives of national account clients, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall marketing goals.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customized marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives that resonate with the target audience.

·        Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and challenges within the appliance segment, providing actionable insights for decision-making.

·        Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to optimize marketing efforts and maximize ROI for account campaigns and activities.

·        Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at national account clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to drive mutual success and growth.

Your profile

·       Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field) – Required

·       3-5 Years of Experience (Marketing and Content Management) – Required

·       Excellent organizational, written and verbal communications skills.

·       Experience with a product information management system (PIMS) platform.

·       Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

·       Knowledge, understanding and experience in using various marketing and public relations tactics, including market research, advertising, community relations, direct mail, collateral, digital media, event planning, etc.

·       Working knowledge of all modes of communication including print, digital, photography, video, social media channels, verbal presentations, activities, and grassroots efforts.

·       Strong computer skills including software proficiency in MS Office programs, CRM programs, and specialty software.

·       Ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.

·       Must be creative, versatile, self-motivated, driven, detail-oriented, and responsive.

·       Position requires strategic thinking and strategy development.

·       Travel Percentage – 30%

Your Pay & Benefits

The pay range posted for this position is based on the location noted in the posting title. Exact compensation offered may vary based on your specific skillset and work location. If the position is bonus or incentive eligible then the payments range from 0% to 200% of target with details laid out within the plan document.

  • 2 weeks of paid vacation for all non-temporary status new hires below Director level positions. Vacation entitlement increases based on years of service with BSH.

  • The greater of (a) 40 hours of paid sick leave or (b) state or local minimum requirements for paid leave (Non-Production Line)
  • 40 hours of paid personal leave (Production Line)
  • 12 days of paid holidays per year (max 8 hours paid per day)
