Job Title: System Analyst – Oracle EBS Technical consultant

Location: India, Remote 

What you will do:

• Work independently to design, develop, and maintain Oracle E-Business Suite components and financial applications.
• You will be a Managed Services - COTS team member and report directly to the COTS Services Manager.
• Develop and implement Oracle EBS R12 Interfaces, extensions, modifications, localization, and integrations using PL/SQL, Forms 10g, Reports 10g, Oracle Workflow, BI Publisher, and the overall Oracle Applications Framework (OAF).
• Perform Functional Setups of Oracle E-Business Suite Applications and work on Oracle Financials modules (AP, AR, and GL)
• Collaborate with development and business analysis teams to understand system design and function.
• Develop program units in R12 per Oracle Application custom standards, develop code per the system design and coding standards under minimal supervision, and perform unit testing.
• Support System Integration testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Performance testing of the Oracle Financial Applications
• Create and maintain project artifacts and effectively communicate technical impact and risks to team leads and management.
• Ensure the offshore teams complete development activities on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
•  Perform gap analysis and assess the impact of system software changes. 

 What you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree with 7-11 years of work experience in EBS custom development methodologies, processes, tools, and techniques.
• Minimum of 4 years experience working with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
•  Experience with Oracle R12 technical architecture and Financials modules.
• Ability to develop Interfaces, Customizations, Conversions, Extensions, Forms 10g, Reports 10g, Oracle Workflow, BI Publisher, and Oracle Applications Framework (OAF).
• Knowledge of troubleshooting technical issues with standard or custom programs.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC).
• Strong analytical skills and thinking ability.
• Hands-on experience writing SQL queries and PL-SQL scripts, such as Procedures, Functions, etc.
• Ability to set up Alerts, perform OAF & form personalization, and work in teams.
• Highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptable to project and task changes, ability to multitask.
• Ability to work within project plans and meet deadlines.
•  Knowledge of the Healthcare domain would be a plus.
• Should have experience in setting up the OFIN environment with DBA.
