We are looking for Recruiters to attract candidates to ERTs open positions. The successful recruiter will work on multiple open positions at one time. They will regularly work with hiring managers to define position duties as well as the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed by candidates to be successful.They will schedule interviews, perform reference checks, and extend verbal offers of employment. Specific duties will include:
3+ years of experience in recruiting. Must have knowledge of current compliance laws. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
BS in Business Administration, related field, or equivalent.
Must be in compliance with Executive Order 14042 which requires Federal Contractors to be vaccinated against COVID-19.
