We are looking for a driven, positive, and skilled Lead Software Developer who is able to lead a group of developers with diverse technical skills through enhancing Microsoft .NET/Web-based, eCommerce, ERP, and 3rd party solutions.  Solid experience with the Microsoft .NET Stack, C#, .NET Core, MVC, HTML, JavaScript, and SQL are essential.  You would help us create reliable and innovative customer facing solutions, as well as enhancing our backend applications.

Position Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

• Provide technical leadership to developers on design,coding, and deployment of deliverables
• Accountable for organizational development processes and standards through regular design and code reviews
• Collaborate with technical and funtional team members on projects
• Design and develop applications on the Microsoft .NET and SQL Server stack
• Perform troubleshooting and performance optimization of existing programs
• Provide support to the end-users on technical questions and issues
• Implement modifications to existing applications to handle small defects
• Deliver application enhancements and support to existing web-based applications, conversions and upgrades to vendor systems
• Manage source code and software versions
• Enhance and support the application integration framework that allows internal and partner systems to interface
• Particiate with afterhours production support on a rotation basis with other team members

Required Experience and Skills:

• Microsoft development experience
  • 10+ years solid experience with C#, ASP.net, HTML, JavaScript
  • 10+ years of MS SQL experience with troubleshooting and optimizing SQL queries/stored procedures
• Application integration experience-10+ years
  • Working experience with any Enterprise Service Bus and ETL technologies
  • 5+ years with EDI is highly preferred

  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong sense of responsibility and diligence on the assigned application areas

Required Education, Training, or Certification(s):

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems, or equivalent
