IntelliGenesis LLC has supported Department of Defense and Intelligence Community customers for over thirteen years by providing next generation capabilities for: Offensive & Defensive Cyber Services, National Security Cyber Training, Data Science & Decision-Making Analytics, Intelligence Analysis, and Intelligence Solutions Engineering.

The following is not indicative of a current position, rather it is intended to identify candidates whose skills and experience aligned with positions at IntelliGenesis, LLC and provide an opportunity through SkillBridge Internships for transitioning service members to gain experience to make them competitive in the civilian sector upon completion of military service.  Candidates will be considered for future full-time employment at IntelliGenesis, LLC.

Data Analyst (DoD SkillBridge)

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Meet all DoD SkillBridge qualifications set forth in DODI 1322.29
  • Served at least 180 days on active duty
  • Within 180 days of separation or retirement
  • Will receive an honorable discharge
  • Has taken any service TAPS/TGPS
  • Has attended or participated in an ethics brief within the last 12 months
  • Received Unit Commander (first O-4/Field Grade commander in chain of command) written authorization and approval to participate in DoD SkillBridge Program prior to start of internship

Duration:

  • 90-180 days

Position Requirements:

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance required; clearance level and polygraph level requirements may vary
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience performing data-analysis on collected information to pinpoint unique insight and intelligence opportunities within the data
  • Experience within at least two (2) of the following skill areas: 
    • Mathematics/Statistics
    • Computer Science
    • Scripting
    • Cloud Computing
    • Data Mining, Metadata Analysis or Machine Learning
    • Artificial Intelligence
    • Data Visualization or Data Automation. 
    • Data science
    • Advanced analytical algorithms
    • Statistical analysis (e.g., variability, sampling error, inference, hypothesis testing, EDA, application of linear models)
    • Data management (e.g., data cleaning and transformation)
    • Data modeling and assessment
    • Artificial intelligence
    • Software engineering
  • Experience constructing and performing complex database search queries 
  • Experience/knowledge of computer science concepts

  • Experience or familiarity with data analytics and/or the following advanced scripting languages and tools:
    • Python,
    • SQL
    • Jupyter
    • Pig
    • ELK Stack
    • Splunk
    • PowerBI
    • Jupyter Notebooks

 

SkillBridge participants are not eligible for compensation from IntelliGenesis, LLC as they continue to receive military compensation and benefits as active-duty service members.
