POSITION

Managing monthly expense and FP&A support for various global functions, including R&D, Marketing, Sales, HR

Maintain expense and headcount forecasts in Oracle EPBCS planning tool

Support month end close processes

Collaborate with business partners to achieve corporate targets

Consolidate, analyze, and provide commentary explaining significant variances for monthly flash vs actuals, vs prior forecasts, and/or vs QMR, and plan

Run and maintain various standard monthly reports

Drive improved management reporting - work with Accounting to more accurately book, track, and refine financial results

Drive efficiency and effectiveness by streamlining, standardizing and automating processes and reporting requirements

Support ad hoc analysis and modeling as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 5 years of finance/accounting experience

BS or BA degree in finance or accounting

Strong knowledge and experience in planning and analysis

Excellent ability in English communications
