POSITION

Manage monthly expense and FP&A support for various global functions including R&D, Marketing, Sales, HR

Maintain expense and headcount forecasts in Oracle EPBCS planning tool

Support month end close processes

Collaborate with business partners to achieve corporate targets

Consolidate, analyze, and provide commentary explaining significant cariances for monthly flash vs actuals, vs prior forecasts, and/or vs QMR, and plan

Run and maintain various standard monthly reports

Drive improved management reporting - work with Accounting to more accurately book, track, and refine financial results

Drive efficiency and effectiveness by streamlining, standardizing and automating processes and reporting requirements

Support ad hoc analysis and modeling as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 5 years of finance/accounting experience

BS or BA degree in finance or accounting

Strong knowledge and experience in planning and analysis

Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy

Strong working knowledge of financial systems and the ability to extract/apply information for business advantage

Demonstrated ability to step-in and take ownership in a fast paced, results-oriented enviroment

Experience with the following systems: Oracle, HFM, Oracle EPBCS a plus

Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written

Advanced Excel and Power Point skills
