Join a dynamic, fast-paced Architectural design team from our location in the West Village. As one of the nation's top 20 home builders, K. Hovnanian® constructs over 5,000 homes each year. You will be working with our team to prepare architectural design drawings using AutoCAD from schematic design through design development for markets across the country.
Requirements for this position include:
- Strong knowledge of residential design and construction, 2 + years’ experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, and Bluebeam
- Excellent communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent is a plus
