 Currently, One Nevada is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Financial Services Representative at our Rainbow & Charleston Branch that will utilize a high level of technical skills to perform financial services for prospective and current members by accessing automated systems, platforms, and software via desktop and mobile devices.  The Financial Services Representative conducts loan interviewing and processing, open new accounts, assist with member transactions, greets and directs members, cross-sells Credit Union products and services, and educates members on the use of our ATM, mobile banking and website.  Financial Services Representatives provide technical support and device troubleshooting to include internet, desktop, personal devices, mobile phone for our digital banking products, account and password assistance and any accessibility issues along with promoting member financial wellbeing through high-level service. The Financial Services Representative also processes applications for consumer loans. 

This position requires knowledge of all products and services offered, working knowledge of loan and member service policies and procedures, working knowledge of loan interviewing skills and techniques, ability to accurately validate cash for members as needed, skill in the operation of  office equipment, knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Suite to include Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, strong ability to troubleshoot and analyze mobile technical applications and issues for members, ability to troubleshoot and assist members with gaining online access via PC or laptop.  A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required, plus one-year experience with a financial institution or extensive customer service and sales experience preferred.
