Nurse One -on-One Pediatric Medically Fragile Care

- Competitive Pay:
- LPNs: $32.50 - $34.50 per hour
- RNs: $39.00 - $42.00 per hour
- Our pay rates are among the highest because we value your expertise and the one-on-one care you provide. You won’t be overwhelmed with 5-25 patients; instead, you’ll give focused, compassionate care to one child at a time.
- Make a True Impact: You’ll be providing essential care that allows medically fragile students to attend school and be part of their community. Whether it’s G-tube feedings, trach-care, vent care, or simply being there for a child in need, your work will make a lasting difference.
- Variety and Challenge: From students who need just a bit of specialized care to those with more acute needs, every day brings a new opportunity to use your skills. Some days you’ll meet students at school, while others you’ll begin your care at their home before school transportation. Every assignment comes with dedicated case manager support to ensure you have what you need to succeed.
Who Should Apply:
- Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs): Whether you’re a seasoned LPN or a newly licensed RN with prior LPN experience, if you’re driven by compassion and a desire to make a difference, we want to hear from you.
- Newly Licensed RNs: Just passed your RN boards? If you’ve been an LPN before, this is a perfect transition into an RN role with the support and respect you deserve.
Qualifications:
- Valid RN or LPN license in North Carolina - Compact.
- A passion for working with children and providing compassionate care.
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience in the last 3 years. Previous experience as an LPN (for recent RN graduates).
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
- Experience with trach-care, vent care, or other advanced procedures (preferred for certain assignments).
