 We are currently looking for an experienced Investment Banking Associate to join the Equity Capital Markets team in our New York, NY office. Read more about our Equity Capital Markets Investment Banking group here.   

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of investment banking experience or an MBA degree and 1+ year of investment banking or closely related experience
• At least 1 year experience in equity linked capital markets/convertible origination 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to develop internal and external relationships
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling, including modeling specifically related to convertible bonds
• Familiarity with Bloomberg and the Kynex convertible pricing model
• Highly motivated, team player with an ability to learn in a fast-paced environment

The anticipated starting salary range for New York-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $175,000 - $225,000 per year.  Placement within this range is dependent upon level of experience.  This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation. Total compensation for this position will be competitive with the market.
