We are currently looking for a Sales Assistant for our Macro team in our New York office.

Responsibilities:

  • Support macro sales team with general administrative assistance
  • Send emails, answer phones, monitor client requests in a timely manner
  • Handle travel arrangements including flights, hotels, car services and catering orders
  • Update and maintain database with client information, meetings, calls and special projects
  • Provide support in scheduling meetings, dinners and other events for clients
  • Complete expense reports
  • Manage special events

Ideal candidate will be pro-active, self-motivated, team-oriented, organized and outgoing with the ability to multi-task in a professional sales & trading environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience with general office responsibilities and procedures
  • Working experience with Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to interact with clients
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management and organization
  • Ability to work well as part of a team while being self-motivated
  • Willing to obtain Series 7 and Series 63 registrations

The anticipated compensation range for New York-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $60,000 - $100,000 per year.  Placement within this range is dependent upon level of experience.  This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation. Total compensation for this position will be competitive with the market.
