SHAZAM is looking for call center professionals who can help identify and reduce fraud to protect cardholder accounts and minimize financial risks to our financial institutions.   Must be able to work in a fast paced inbound and outbound call center environment that includes a variety of duties.   You will acquire a comprehensive understanding of fraud case management through our fraud detection system, identify emerging fraud trends, and assist in the mitigation of fraudulent transaction activity within your first 30 days.  If you have experience in banking, financial services, or fraud detection - don’t miss this exciting opportunity to become part of our Fraud team!  

Shifts available: 

2nd Shift: Tuesday – Saturday 11a-8pm or 12p-9pm

  • Generous shift differential for working 2nd / 3rd shift (10% additional for 2nd shift and 15% additional for 3rd shift)

Success Factors :

  • Receive incoming and initiate outbound calls to cardholders to verify suspicious debit card activity.
  • Multi-task, multiple screens, and talk-and-type while on the phone with cardholders and financial institutions.
  • Maintain and exceed high level of quality and productivity standards.
  • Demonstrate professional and respectful interaction with internal/external customers.
