Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex, strategic projects – driving key product development efforts with cross-functional teams across IT and business units.
  • Responsible for managing project scope, quality, and timeline to achieve business goals.
  • Must be able to effectively manage deadlines while working with a high degree of independence.
  • Oversee and track all aspects of project management/delivery, including project progress, communications, requirements, risks, issues, and delivery of projects to the satisfaction of the stakeholders.
  • Contribute to and champion process improvements within the project management lifecycle.
  • Research and provide well thought out input to enterprise project management decisions and participate in the creation and implementation of standards and practices.
  • Consistent communication with all levels of the organization, including the organization’s executive leadership.

Qualifications:

  • College degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years project management experience supporting cross-functional teams across IT and business units.
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams to an on-time, no surprises success.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, Word) and Microsoft Project.
  • Ability to influence others and be an agent for change.
  • Excellent judgment in devising and implementing solutions to problems to achieve business goals.
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Effective in a culture of teamwork, collaboration and accountability.
  • A strategic and disciplined thinker with outstanding presentation and analytical skills.
  • Highly organized with a strong work ethic.
  • Effective in a dynamic environment with excellent time-management skills.
